The Stryker XPS Expandable Patient Surface (#6506-040-000) includes two XPS siderails and an XPS mattress.

The XPS system consists of two siderails and an extra-wide mattress for maximum patient surface area on Power-Pro XT, Power-Pro TL, and Performance-PRO XT ambulance cots. The XPS siderails increase patient surface area and can easily be retrofitted to compatible cots, while the wider mattress reduces transfer gap and is designed to provide the patient with a more comfortable rest.
